If love and old fashioned romance was ever embodied by a single couple, it would most certainly be Alistair and Chrissy. You’d think I was exaggerating in saying this, but I’d say that my own tears during their reception, as a tuxedoed Ally serenaded Chrissy with “The Way You Look Tonight” are the surest testament to the truth of it. I meet a lot of couples and bear witness to many, many special unions, but sometimes I still find myself caught off guard by a moment in time like what these two shared during December. I’m sure looking at poised, glowing Chrissy in her custom made wedding dress, and the way Ally had to squeeze his eyes shut tight as she emerged at the end of the aisle will leave you as breathless as it did me. You guys are incredibly unique and wonderful human beings. I was honoured to share in your wedding day, and to come to know you both in the process leading up to this magnificent day. I’m so excited for you to begin enjoying your wedding photographs today, and then hopefully every next day of the rest of your lives together when you remember the moment that your new beginning arrived.
