Warm Sunday afternoons in Cape Town are at the top of my list of favorite things. While summer is taking its time to get off the ground this year, there have been at least a few nice days in between, and one of my favorite of those was spent on Sunset Beach with Chao and Dechun. This lovely couple have been living in South Africa for quite some time already, but recently went back to their home in China to get married. They explained to me that weddings are done a little differently where they come from, and the photographs especially so! With that in mind, they wanted a few more relaxed and informal outdoor pictures taken together to show their friends and family back home. With our iconic Table Mountain visible in the background, and the wind in their hair, Chao and Dechun were a vision to photograph! I think we can all agree what a gorgeous couple they are, and just how magical they looked framed by the rich sunset that enveloped the evening. It was a thrill to spend this moment in time with them, and get to know two such lovely human beings.
