These two … where do I begin?? I think probably by mentioning that it takes a really special kind of person, never mind couple, to cope with the heavens opening up and showering rain all over their beautiful plans for an outdoor wedding in the avenue at Nooitgedacht. But not only did Lauren and Charlie do this, they smiled the whole way through and enjoyed every second of their day without letting any of the unplanned hiccoughs ruin the true meaning of their commitment to one another! They smiled and laughed from start to finish, infecting everyone with their contagious joy and making their day as special as they had dreamed it would be … simply by having attitudes that couldn’t be beaten! A special thank you also to my sister Caroline who was down from Grahamstown to assist me, and who did such an amazing job of being a second me {basically the silly person who tries to figure out how to make a couple laugh, hehe}. We loved spending that rainy Friday in your company Charlie and Lauren … I hope you enjoy this preview of the many, many photo’s to come!
