To say that I’ve been aching to blog this gorgeous couple shoot since the moment I captured these images would be an understatement. Perhaps, mentally rearranging the images for the post while I fall sleep at night would be a more accurate way of putting things. That aside though, Grant and Maciek’s patience has finally been rewarded and the day of sharing is finally here! These two handsome groom’s to be and their beautiful boy, Sebastian, stole my heart a few weeks ago when we spent a Sunday afternoon strolling through Cape Town’s City Centre. I was smitten with their choice to do their engagement shoot in the form of a walk through the inner city, which is apparently one of their favourite weekend pass times. It was even more of a compliment, when I heard that I was the first person they’d invited to share in their down time tradition! They showed me their favourite old buildings, and reminisced about coffee shops and restaurants gone by (and replaced by new ones full of potential). Even better, I got to know two incredibly warm, stylish and oh-so in love guys, and have the chance to get excited with them about their big day next month! Grant, Maciek and Sebastian … you are a family with the most beautiful hearts and spirits. I cannot wait to capture your wedding and see everything you’ve been planning come to fruition at last!
