There aren’t enough ways to describe how wonderful this shoot was … the couple, their interactions, the magnificent view from Chapmans Peak Drive in Cape Town. I’m honestly lost for adequate words when it comes to describing moments like this! I am however going to try. Lyle and Megan (who were married this past Saturday) chose this relaxed setting for our shoot, and brought along a bottle of bubbly to get to know one another over. When we arrived it was hard to even tell we were in South Africa, the views could have been those of a Greek island, and a holiday in a far off place! We were just headed down the cliff when suddenly we noticed a few clouds coming in, and a mere five minutes later we were engulfed in calm grey mist. The ocean and mountains disappeared, and the view became a memory. We were left feeling like the last three people on the earth, suspended above the waters in an unknown place. It was pure magic! The kind of magic it seems, that these two radiate! Sunshine or grey, they were laughing, smiling and having the best time! I am so excited to share these photographs with you all, and even more excited to begin work on their wedding, which will be up in a few weeks. All I can say is “watch this space”!
