I sometimes can’t believe how truly lucky I am to be blessed with the couples who cross my path. After months of electronic correspondence, I finally met both Rijn and Silvia (for the first time) on their wedding day. They’re the kind of people you just fall in love with instantly. Despite being as well travelled, stylish and international as they are, more down to earth folks would be hard to find. Their warmth is tangible from the moment you meet them, and listening to the speeches and ceremony on their wedding day, it’s pretty apparent that everyone who knows them, feels exactly the same way. Genuine laughter and heartfelt tears were the order of the day (I may even have squirted out a few myself;). Surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Stellenbosch, and carried from moment to moment by the words of their loved ones, this wedding will be one to cherish for the longest time to come. Rijn, Silvia, you two have been extraordinary people to come to know.
