They bring the sunshine. Metaphorically and apparently literally too, because LOOK at that glow! Alec and Lindsey were out from the U.S.A. visiting South Africa a few months back and decided to have a vacation couple shoot to capture themselves in some of the beautiful surrounds. I’m really loving this trend of couples and families taking the time to have professional photographs taken on their holidays abroad. How great is it to have the option of using these pictures to commemorate the time as opposed to only having selfies? The bonus for me is that I get to meet incredible people and enjoy their company for a good hour, the way I did on this shoot. We spoke so much about their home – Charlotte, in North Carolina – and about  traveling and careers. We laughed so easily together and I was genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of it all. I think I’ll need to take my own holiday your side soon so I can have my own happy vacation shoot and meet up for a cup of coffee with you guys!
