Dave and Ashton. How does one even begin to convey the of emotion on your wedding day? I’d love to tell you all that the outfits, decor and location were the most beautiful part of this wedding (so that everyone could see exactly what I meant). In all honesty though, as sublime as these details were, the heart and soul of this day was the beauty of the intent and emotion. So for that, you would have had to be there to really understand. The sincerity of Dave and Ashton’s relationship became all the more apparent to me (it’s hard to miss at best, but there are very specific tells to a wedding professional), when I saw them individually during the morning. The first thing each of them asked me was how the other one was doing, and if I thought they were having a nice day. No concern or fussing for themselves, just the sole motivation of the other ones happiness. Later on, during the ceremony, I could see where this mutual emotional giving came from. Each and every member of both their immediate families openly cried their happy tears for the couple. There were so many hugs. So much smiling through tears of joy. So many admiring glances between Dave and Ashton. Weddings like this feel like everything the celebration of a marriage should be and more. I feel so truly blessed to have been witness to this one. Dave and Ashton, you guys have an infectious, radiant warmth, and it was such a privilege to share in it during this season of your lives. All my love, Claire xxx
