We may already be in March, but it’s no less of a joy to relive the beautiful December day that Karl and Heather celebrated their wedding in Stellenbosch. The absolute joy, enthusiasm and devotion of their loving friends and family has stayed with me all this time. Looking at these pictures and looking back on their nuptials, its so apparent that they’re truly loved by everyone who crosses their paths. They’re true to themselves, made sure their focus remained on what was really important on their wedding day, and BOY! Did they wear that dance floor down! There was also such a feeling of sentiment throughout the proceedings. Heathers three brothers, all of them, walked her down the specially widened aisle. Her cousin, and a mutual friend of the couple, officiated their ceremony. The dance floor hit capacity when “99 Luftballons” started playing as a nod to Karl’s German heritage. All in all, I’d love to say the pictures tell the whole story of this memorable wedding day, but honestly … when it comes to these people, and this day? Ya had to be there to experience everything! I am however, so excited to share this gallery with you, and I hope it radiates just a little of the wonder I was lucky enough to be invited to share in. Karl and Heather, you two are the loveliest humans and the relationship you share is an inspiration to us all. All my love, Claire xxx
