Are the Malan’s not simply the epitome of the family seaside holiday, with their light and breezy outfits and hats to keep the late afternoon sun off their faces? I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon in Arniston with this happy and carefree bunch last December. The kids built sandcastles and the adults admired the serene view, and afterwards they treated me to tea on their stoep with some of the yummiest pudding I’ve had in a while! Thank you to each one of you for the loveliest time spent with your family!
