Nothing says summer holiday like a family portrait session at sunset, on Cape Town’s Camps Bay Beach! As you’ll see below, the Moore family took full advantage of their visit to South Africa and the beautiful surrounds. Brendan, Sarah, Reuben, Evie and Isla just radiate joy and fullness of life. Each of the three beautiful children have such unique personalities, and are so spontaneous! I’m pretty sure Brendan and Sarah have an incredibly busy time keeping up with them, but are rewarded moment by moment by the antics of their brood! I know that in the short hour and a half that I spent with them, I was overwhelmed by their excitement. There were moments when I had no idea in which direction to point my camera with all the goings on of the children. How spoilt can a photographer be, to have so many great subjects, all providing such entertaining reasons to document! Since the day of this shoot, the family has headed home to England. I do so hope though, that these images will be an ongoing source of joy and a frozen moment in time. At the rate kids change and grow, I’m so lucky to be a part of preserving these precious life stages for them and their parents.
