I hear so many moms talking about how they don’t have nice pictures of themselves with their kids. For the most part, I think moms are the ones behind the camera spotting the sweet moments. For nobody is this more true, than for the photographer mommies! This brings me to the very special shoot you’re about to view! Sarah, a family photographer in Australia, contacted me a while before their family vacation to South Africa to tell me that her big goal was to have some photographs of herself with her two beautiful boys. As a photographer, the biggest compliment is also the most terrifying prospect – being asked by a fellow professional photo-taker to capture their own family portraits! Eeeeeek, but also … YAY! We spent about two hours having fun with her exuberant boys, and there are so very many special portraits in here as a result.
